Returns Policy

Below is a brief checklist for the return of products to The Beatles Story:

Returning Checklist

  1. Have you filled in the returns form enclosed in your parcel and please enclose this form when returning any products?
  2. Have you used the returns label enclosed with your original order?
  3. Ensure that you post out the goods either in the original outer packaging or alternative suitable packaging to ensure goods are not damaged in transit.
  4. Once the goods are received you will receive a confirmation or receipt of goods, once your refund is processed you will also receive notification of your card of purchase being credited.
  5. Please allow 14 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Full Conditions Of Return

Following the above checklist will not only help you successfully send goods back to us but also speed up our processing of your return.

Provided that the original packaging and all components originally sold with the goods are intact, you may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order within seven working days after the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. Although you do not have to give a reason for your return, it is advisable you do so to help us process your return in a shorter time. If the goods have already been dispatched to you at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order, you must return the goods to our contact address at your own cost and risk. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned goods and recommend that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, your debit or credit card will be credited with the price of the goods as soon as possible and in any event within ten days of your cancellation provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct cost of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

For faulty goods in all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault and dispute any claims when a product is misused.

Processing and Refunds

Once goods are returned you will be refunded the cost of the goods but not your costs for returning the goods, unless the goods are faulty in which case we will also credit you the value of your postage and also the original delivery cost charged to you. Your statutory rights are not affected. If in the event that you receive different products to your order, you will be asked to return the goods to us, and the postage and packing charge will be fully reimbursed.

The Beatles Story will never directly ask you for financial information, either by email phone call or fax, all refunds and cash transactions will be processed by our third party provider Sage Pay. Alternatively, you can contact our returns department via telephone.

Feedback or Escalation

The Beatles Story welcomes all feedback from our customers should you wish to provide us with comments or responses please do so using our contact us section.

In the event that a refund or return is not resolved to your satisfaction and an escalation is required we aim to resolve this within a maximum of 14 working days.
