Please note that goods displayed on this site are available for delivery worldwide.
Postage & packaging
A postage fee is charged only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched within three working days. Alternatively, if items are out of stock, you will be notified within three working days. Generally orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day. From time to time we may change our postage charges and timescales in relation to offers which can be withdrawn at any time. Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days. If you wish to cancel your order please contacts us as soon as possible and we will confirm your order has been cancelled by email. Orders are often sent out the day after ordering, if your order has been dispatched before we receive an email confirming your cancellation, the P+P charge will still apply. Delivery of the goods will be to the address specified by you when you place your order and, accordingly, we will not be responsible for goods not received due to you supplying incorrect delivery details. We shall not be liable for loss caused by delay in delivery arising out of any reason beyond our control.
We always honour our product and service guarantees. For faulty items the first 12 months of the guarantee is honoured by ourselves the retailer, after this time the manufacturer of the product will continue to honour the rest of the guarantee. Proof of purchase
We accept no liability (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for the accuracy of information on the Site, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant goods and, save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under these Terms of Sale. Not with standing the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer neither under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, war, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire explosion or accident.
Preferred method of payment is Credit or Debit card taken by our 3rd Party provider (Sage Pay Protex), all payments will show up on your statement marked Beatles Story Ltd. Customers may also pay by cheque (payable to Beatles Story Ltd). Once items are added to basket please follow the simple instructions and we will process your order.
"Conditions" means these terms and conditions: "Personal Information" means any personal details provided by you via the Website; "User(s)" means (a) user(s) of the Website either collectively or individually, as the context requires; "We/us/our" means Beatles Story Express, "Website" means the website located at http://www.beatlesstory.co.uk
