As part of our Let it BEE themed week, we are excited to welcome Southport & District Beekeepers for two special free workshops on 4th and 6th August.
Linked to The Beatles Story’s Let it Bee initiative, this partnership helps raise awareness about the vital role bees play in our world. Bees are essential for pollination, supporting local ecosystems and contributing to global food production, making them incredibly important to both nature and our everyday lives.
During these hands-on sessions, children will have the opportunity to learn directly from beekeepers, discovering fascinating facts about bees. The workshops are designed to be fun, interactive, and educational, helping to inspire curiosity about nature while promoting environmental responsibility.
This is a fantastic opportunity to bring the Let it BEE theme to life, combining creativity, learning, and real-world connections in a memorable experience for all visitors.
