The Beatles Story Museum and it’s Fab4 Café were victorious at this week’s Liverpool BID Company Mystery Shop Awards Ceremony. During the event, The Beatles Story was named Cultural Attraction of the Year while the Fab4 Café, Albert Dock took home the title of Casual Dining Eatery of the Year.
The awards celebrate businesses that stand out for friendliness, staff knowledge and overall visitor experience. Independent mystery shoppers visit city centre shops, cafes and attractions to provide feedback and highlight those delivering consistently high standards.
As Liverpool’s oldest Beatles museum, The Beatles Story takes visitors on an immersive journey through the lives and music of the Fab Four, featuring detailed recreations of key moments and an impressive collection of original memorabilia. The Fab4 Café at the Royal Albert Dock, with its Beatles soundtrack and unique themed menu, gives visitors a space to soak up the atmosphere and relive the magic of the world’s greatest band.
The Beatles Story and the Fab4 Café came out on top against notable competitors, including the British Music Experience, Everyman Theatre, World Museum, and Star Cafe & Bar, underscoring their standout experiences for visitors.
