Two Of Us: The Beatles Story announce affiliation with The GRAMMY Museum

The Beatles Story can reveal it now has a joint affiliation with the famous GRAMMY Museum in L.A., USA. This is the first affiliation in the UK and is only the third of its kind worldwide following The GRAMMY Museum partnerships with the Bob Marley Museum in Kingston, Jamaica and the Woody Guthrie Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Both The GRAMMY Museum and the Beatles Story will work together on educational initiatives, research programmes, internship opportunities and collaborative marketing.

The two world famous tourist attractions first initiated talks of the affiliation when they partnered for The British Invasion: How 1960s beat groups conquered America exhibition which opened in November at the Beatles Story, Pier Head.

Executive Director of The GRAMMY Museum, Bob Santelli said: “We are particularly proud of this partnership since it enables two world class institutions to team up for the good of music fans everywhere."

A plaque has gone on display the affiliation at the main entrance to the Beatles Story, Albert Dock.
