American professional wrestler, fitness instructor, motivational speaker and actor, Diamond Dallas Page visited The Beatles Story today.

Dallas is known around the sports entertainment world of professional wrestling as "DDP", captivating audiences around the world in matches alongside greats like Hulk Hogan, Goldberg, Ric Flair, Randy “Macho Man” Savage & the N.W.O.

In 2017, the 3-time World Heavyweight Champion, was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. He now spends time as a motivational speaker and Yoga fitness guru having launched DDP YOGA for non-yoga audiences in 2011.

DDP has always been a huge Beatles fan and when asked about his visit, said: "It took me back in time. I’m 62 years young and was caught up in it, so The Beatles were a big part of my life.

"It’s my first time in Liverpool. We were in Wales doing Comic Con on Sunday, but we planned to visit as my wife Brenda and I are big Beatles fans.

 

"Of course, we wanted to see the most important stuff first – The Beatles Story – now we’re going to have a look around. I like how it’s done, you get to see what it was like in those times, especially in the Cavern room."
