Three Beatles-themed attractions in Liverpool have been recognised for their customer service, making the shortlist in this year’s Liverpool BID Company Mystery Shop Awards. The Beatles Story and the Fab4 Café at the Royal Albert Dock, along with the Fab4 Store at Pier Head, were among more than 100 city centre businesses evaluated across the city.
The awards celebrate businesses that stand out for friendliness, staff knowledge and overall visitor experience. Independent mystery shoppers visit city centre shops, cafes and attractions to provide feedback and highlight those delivering consistently high standards.
The recognition comes shortly after Liverpool welcomed thousands of fans from around the world for International Beatleweek, highlighting the city’s ongoing appeal as a must-visit destination for Beatles enthusiasts.
As Liverpool’s oldest Beatles museum, The Beatles Story takes visitors on an immersive journey through the lives and music of the Fab Four, while the Fab4 Café and Fab4 Store offer popular spaces for fans to enjoy themed food and drink, and to shop one of the largest collections of Beatles merchandise in the world.
Mary Chadwick, General Manager of The Beatles Story, said: “We are very proud to see The Beatles Story, the Fab4 Café and the Fab4 Store recognised in the Mystery Shop Awards shortlist. This reflects the hard work of our team and their dedication to giving every visitor a ‘Fab Four’ experience.”
Being shortlisted in three categories highlights the strong customer service offered by the teams at The Beatles Story, the Fab4 Café and the Fab4 Store, whose dedication helps keep the spirit of Beatlemania alive for visitors from around the world.
