Double win for The Beatles Story and Fab4 Café at Liverpool BID Company’s 2026 Liverpool Celebrates Awards.

The Beatles Story Museum and its Fab4 Café at the Royal Albert Dock celebrated a double win at last night’s Liverpool BID Company’s 2026 Liverpool Celebrates Awards held at the Adelphi Hotel.

The Beatles Story won the Liverpool Celebrates Cultural Experiences award for the third year running, while the Fab4 Café based within the attraction at the Albert Dock took home the Liverpool Celebrates Casual Dining award for the second consecutive year.

The awards recognise city centre businesses that deliver exceptional customer service, celebrating friendliness, staff knowledge and the overall visitor experience. Independent mystery shoppers visit shops, cafés and attractions to assess service and highlight businesses delivering consistently high standards.

The Beatles Story was shortlisted alongside Museum of Liverpool and Walker Art Gallery in the Cultural Experiences category. The Fab4 Café joined Walker Art Gallery, Dunkin Donuts and World Museum on the Casual Dining shortlist.

The Beatles Story takes visitors on an immersive journey through the lives and music of the Fab Four, featuring detailed recreations of key moments and a collection of original memorabilia. Its Fab4 Café at the Royal Albert Dock extends the experience, offering a Beatles soundtrack and themed menu in a setting where fans can relax and soak up the atmosphere.
